App completely stopped working. Didn't even open just blinks and takes me back to my home screen and says app failed. Was hoping to use it at my latest visit to the zoo
App keeps closing on Android. Useless.
Could have a better format.
Cannot zoom on the map, so you cannot read it. Cannot purchase tickets off of the app either. Not sure what the point of it is

Can't zoom in on map and the map doesn't show your location like the description says
Great if you want information on the different animals, but I was excited about the "GPS enabled map" that apparently doesn't exist. It's the same map from the website, only on the app, you can't even zoom in, so it's pretty worthless. Really disappointed in it and will probably just uninstall.
Just a web redirection, and the website is terrible on a phone.
Cannzoom in the map so it's impossible to use it.
Not much help on map too small to see anything dont really recommend
